Welcome to the Fort St. John Inconnu Swim Club registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic registration and payment processing. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times & time histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Fees will be paid for October at the time of registration and on the first of the month thereafter. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file on the Team Unify website. Monthly payments are the only option available this year.

*NOTE: Due to the limitations of the Team Unify system, Intermediate, Senior and National swimmers will pay their October monthly payment upon registration and then on October 1st will pay a prorated fee for the two weeks of swimming in September, beginning September 14, 2020.

Swim BC Registration Category: Swim meets have been suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic, and swimmers can select the non-competitive insurance rate. The non-competitive insurance allows a swimmer to compete in one sanctioned meet between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021. If meets can occur later this year, swimmers will have to pay the difference between the non-competitive insurance rate and the competitive insurance rate if they compete in more than one sanctioned event. A sanctioned event can be either a time trial or a meet.

Swim BC requires you fill out the Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk Form that will be done electronically and sent to SwimBC automatically.

Families must also fill out a new form: Participation Agreement. It must be printed and returned to the Registrar before your swimmer can enter the water. This form can be found later in the registration process as well as under the COVID-19 Resources Tab on our website. Please send this form electronically to [email protected]

You must carefully read the Inconnu Swim Club Return to Swim Plan that includes the club's Illness Policy.

A couple of items to remember about registration:

- All documents and agreements contained in the registration must be agreed to for the athlete to be registered. Those will be kept electronically by the club and do not need to be returned. PLEASE READ THEM FULLY!

You must choose a Fundraising Amount for each athlete for Session 1!  This amount will be charged to your account at the time of registration. The Fundraising Amount for session 2 will be charged at the beginning of January. Please pick the appropriate fundraising amount for your swimmer based on the Swim Group you are registering them in.

Please choose the "non-competitive insurance" in the Swim BC Registration category for each athlete. See the note above.

- Swim Canada has seen fit to move away from signed Personal Information Protection Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) acknowledgement forms. Instead, they have included a memo about privacy in the 2020-2021 Registration Manual. The memo and a link to the Swim Canada Privacy page are included later in the registration process.

Swim Canada is the National Swim Organization that is responsible for maintaining the data base for swimmers registered in Canada. The registration process includes registration with the Club, Provincial Section Swim BC - and Swimming Canada, processed in the national online registration system, and confirmed by the swimmer/parent/guardian in the online system. Swim Canada requires that you log into their site to once they send you the swimmer registration confirmation email. Please take care of this as soon as you get the email.

We look forward to having you join the Fort St. John Inconnu Swim Club and are excited for another great season!

** PLEASE NOTE: coaches will be assessing the swimmers during the first 2 weeks.  Some swimmers may change groups as a result of the coaches' assessments.

Registration is not open. Please come back later.
