Learn to Train

Our Learn to Train program consists of our Junior Development and Junior Bronze groups. These groups teach the fundamentals of anaerobic training with a focus on skill development of all four strokes through stroke progression and feedback. Junior Development swimmers train 3 times a week. We offer a flexible schedule, hands-on coaching, and introduction swim meets. You pick which practices fit YOUR schedule! 

The program starts on September 16, 2019, and ends June 5, 2020.
