The following is information regarding the 2022 Canadian Senior/Junior Championships:

Dear Coaches,

As we head into the final few weeks before the SPEEDO Junior & Senior Championships, a few items I would like to bring to your attention. An updated meet package has been posted and all updates have been highlighted.


Tickets will be going on sale for spectators on Tuesday, July 12th. Please visit to purchase. There will be an option for parking as well. Please ensure this information is shared with your families that plan to attend.


Parking is available for purchase at the links below. There is 3, 4 and 7-day options. The 3 and 4-day options can be used on any. 3 or 4 days, and not required to be consecutive days. These options have in and out privileges. Please share this information with parents/families that will be driving in as well.

If parking is only required for one day, unfortunately it is more expensive at $25.00 and no in and out privileges.

There will be a CFL game taking place on Saturday, July 30th at 7:30 p.m. (start of rush at 5 p.m.) – buses must be parked at the viaduct in front of doors 215. A communication will be made for our customers who book parking. The P5NiV2 will be closed for entry from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. On July 30, the facility will also have additional resources to facilitate access.

All three packages are online and available to everyone.

To confirm the order of finals will be B Final, and then A Final.


Time trials will be taking place daily, barring any longer than anticipated preliminary sessions. The entry process will be done differently with the ability for coaches to register swimmers after the technical meeting for any day. There will be a $50.00 penalty for no shows if not scratched by 9:30am on the day of the event. For more information, please visit our event page.




Open Water Waiver Form will be distributed to clubs and must be signed by the parents or legal guardian of the participants under 18 years of age, as of the first day of the Championships. Waivers should be submitted at the Technical Meeting or scanned versions can be submitted electronically in advance to [email protected]

Waiver form will be uploaded to the Swimming Canada website prior to the competition.


Unfortunately, we will only have snacks and tea/coffee available for coaches at Juniors & Seniors.


If you have any swimmers who are interested in guarding for the Open Water events, with pool or beach certification, please reach out to either Sylvie Potvin or Carole Thomas.


The Technical Meeting will take place in Studio 1 on the pool level, on Sunday, July 24th at 3pm. All para equipment and/or modified suits must be approved by the National Para swimming Meet Referee at the conclusion of the Technical meeting.


The Open Water Technical Meeting will take place in Studio 1 on the pool level, on Sunday, July 31st at 3:30pm.
