Jason Allen Program Director - GO Perform Lead

Jason is entering his 27th year as a full-time professional swim coach.

Jason swam in Canada until he was 15 and then moved to Bloomington, Indiana. There, he was part of a national record-setting relay and attained All American honors his senior year in High School. He proceeded to receive a scholarship to Missouri State where he helped the team to numerous championship titles.

He was Head coach at Southwest Aqua bears in Springfield, MO prior to coming to GO to be closer to family and has developed and coached nationally ranked age-group athletes, Junior National Qualifiers, and Senior national qualifiers in both the United States and Canada.

He is one of a very few coaches who have won coaching awards both in the United States (ASCA Age Group Coach of the year and LSC-MV Coach of the year) and Canada (Swim Ontario 12-year-old Age Group coach of the year and multiple CSCTA Speedo Domestic Excellence Awards).

Jason has also coached a Canadian Senior National Champion(multiple medalists), a Canadian Para Senior National Champion, along with numerous finalists at both Canadian Senior Nationals and Canadian Olympic Trials.

Jason has also coached university at Missouri State University and the University of Ottawa.

Jason is married to Missy who are very proud parents to Emmerson Alexandra Allen and Cooper Austin James Allen.

Simon St. Pierre Associate Head Coach - Youth Lead Coach

Simon is entering his 23rd year as a full-time professional swim coach.

Simon swam in Quebec until he was 15 and then moved to Ottawa to swim with GO. Simon was a junior national-level swimmer and was ranked in the top 20 in his age group. In 1997, Simon started his coaching career with GO as the assistant age group coach and the lead coach with the Jr. Kingfish group at Splash Pool. From 2001 to 2010 Simon was Assistant Coach with the University of Ottawa. After 13 years at GO, Simon moved on to be the Head Coach of the Cornwall Sea Lions. Simon stayed in Cornwall for 3 years, during which the Cornwall club grew from 28 swimmers to over 65 swimmers.

During his 23 years of coaching, Simon has coached swimmers from all levels of swimming, from beginner to National level.

In 2009 Simon was the Canadian Head Coach for Deaf Olympic in Taipei Taiwan. In 2010 Simon was the Head Coach EOSA Team for Ontario Summer games.

Simon's hobbies are hiking, traveling, and golf. He currently resides in Barrhaven with his partner Judy.

Tom Langridge Senior Track 2 Lead Coach

Tom joined the GO Staff fall of 2018 as the and Senior Associate Coach - Lead Senior Kingfish.

Tom is entering his 22nd season as a professional swim coach.

Tom grew up in Victoria, BC and swam for the Victoria Amateur Swim Club (now Island Swimming). He began his coaching career with Island swimming in 1996. He worked for five seasons as the Head Age Group Coach with the Etobicoke Swim Club and has since been a head coach with three different teams in both the US and Canada. Most recently the Head Coach of the Brantford Aquatic Club for nine seasons.

Over the years Tom has coached all levels of swimmers from the pre-competitive swimmer to the Canadian Trials athlete.

Tom is married to Jocelyn who are very proud parents to Isabel and William Langridge.

Audrey Rivest Bronze/Silver & Gold East Lead Coach
Audrey joined the GO Staff in Fall 2016 and brings years of competitive coaching experience while working with a variety of clubs in southern Ontario and Nova Scotia. As a Level II Certified Coach, Audrey works primarily with young athletes (9-12 yrs)  looking to strengthen their skills as competitive swimmers.
Her coaching career began in Halifax, Nova Scotia where her passion and enthusiasm led her to work with pre-competitive swimmers all the way to national para-swimming. In her recent years as a competitive masters swimmer, she's had the pleasure of traveling to various places including Gothenburg and Italy.
When not on deck, you'll find Audrey getting lost in various bike trails in Ontario and Quebec and keeping up with her medical dramas with her fur baby, Willow.

Kristian Peshev Bronze/Silver & Gold Central Lead Coach

Kristian Peshev joined the GO Kingfish staff in 2018 as Gold Lead Coach. Kristian is a very successful businessman who loves to share his knowledge of the sport that he loves.

Kristian has been involved with competitive swimming since 1973 and coaching since 1988. He brings a lot of enthusiasm, knowledge and passion to our program. His team-first - athlete-driven - Long Term Development approach helps swimmers achieve their full potential.

Prior to joining GO Kingfish, Kristian coached successfully competitive swimmers in his native Bulgaria with Slavia Sofia swim club, and then after his move to Canada in1990 he coached competitive swimmers in St John’s with Mount Pearl Marlins, and in Ottawa with Tsunami Swim Club, GO Kingfish Swim Club and OYO Swim Club.

Kristian is Married with two awesome children.

Joey Kwasniewski Strength and Conditioning Coach

Joey is entering his 4th year as the GO Kingfish strength coach.

Joey is an Aylmer native who swam competitively for 8 years swimming for CAGRA, Laurentian and TMSC.

Joey completed his undergrad at uOttawa earning a BSc with honours in Human Kinetics and went on to complete his Masters in Kinesiology degree at the University of Calgary. Joey also possesses his CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) certification from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association).

Over the past 11 years, Joey has worked with hundreds of professionals (CFL, NFL, NHL), Collegiate (CIS, NCAA) and high-level High School level athletes in multiple sports helping them improve their athleticism and progress their athletic careers. Some of the top teams Joey has had the privilege of working for including the University of Calgary Dinos, Calgary Stampeders, uOttawa Gee-Gees & Ottawa RedBlacks.

Joey presently works as the Director of Performance Training at Human 2.0 and is the Head of the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees High-Performance Centre.

Joey is married to Tiffany and has two young boys named Caden and Carter.
