EVENTS

Team wear order deadline extended to 5pm Sunday

The deadline to order team wear has been extended to 5pm, Sunday November 15.  Visit the  Team Wear page  for items, sizing, and ordering information. Order fees will be added to accounts and billed on December 1, 2020.

Santa is coming soon!

The  Georgetown Santa Claus Parade  is November 21 at Trafalgar Sports Park. Great job with donations.  We have a team of volunteers ready to build our float.

Officials Clinics
This November, the Club is hosting two officials clinics over video call. Clinics are a great way to learn about meets and will prepare you to officiate. Each session qualifies for volunteer hours. Sign up for the clinics by visiting the Club’s  events page . 

Intro to Officiating - Wednesday, November 18, 7 - 9pm

Begin your journey as a swimming parent/official. At this session you will learn about the terms used at a swim meet, the role of the other officials on deck, the role of the coach, and key duties of a timekeeper. 

Wednesday, November 25

Chief Timekeeper - Wednesday November 25, 7 - 9pm

Continue to develop a foundation for your skills as a swimming official. This clinic will provide you with an enhanced understanding of the role and rules of the Chief Timekeeper.

Exciting news - our December fundraiser will be poinsettias! Order details will be coming at the end of November for delivery on December 12.
