COVID-19 Closure

In adhering to the Government of Ontario’s state of emergency and  stay at home order , all training activities continue to be on hold until at least February 10th 2021.  Stay safe and fingers crossed we are back in the water soon!  

We continue to monitor updates from the Town as well as the Provincial Government and Swim Ontario.  Please monitor emails for updates regarding return to training.

Save the date!  HHBF Virtual Annual General Meeting

Wednesday, January 27th 2021 7pm  - 2 volunteer hours/family to be awarded for attendance!  Join us for our annual meeting where you will meet the current executive and board members and their positions and gain an understanding of the club.  Board nominations will be conducted at this time for next season.  More information can be found on the  website link  by selecting the AGM event.

Bottle Drive

The bottle drive has been extended to February!.  Ask your friends and family, and neighbors to hold on to their empties for you and when permitted return them to the Beer Store.  Submit your collections by e transfer to  [email protected] , password  hhbfpayment.   In notes please include your  swimmer’s last name  and ‘ bottle drive’ .  All money submitted will be applied against your fundraising obligation!  Here’s how well some of our families are doing already:

Have you joined Flipgive yet?  Use it for all your regular purchases!  Gas? There’s an ESSO card - 2% cashback!  Groceries?  There’s a FreshCo gift card - 2.5%!  Takeout?  Swiss Chalet - 7%!  Check out the app to discover the other ways you can have money go towards your fundraising obligation!

HHBF Flipgive members have raised over $1,000 through FlipGive purchases and we have a couple members who have reached or are approaching their fundraising commitment! Download the  FlipGive app  or join  online  using our invite code  DQFPT3 . Amounts raised will automatically be added to your fundraising commitment at the end of the season.  Friends and family can join too!  Once they sign up email  [email protected]  to link them to your fundraising group!
