University of Alberta COVID-19 pool and facility rules for all swimmers and coaches.

As per the UofA, all swimmers, coaches, and designated assistants must adhere to the following rules and regulations to enter UofA property and facilities. Additional UofA info and FAQ's can be found under the COVID-19 tab at HUMA's homepage.

** Given the ever changing landscape of COVID-19, requirements and guidelines are subject to change. Any and all COVID-19 requirements set forth by the UofA, HUMA, and all our governing bodies, are mandatory and will be strictly enforced.

1. HUMA is required to screen our participants prior to the start of every practice.

2. Masks must be worn at all times (with the exception of athletes in the water)

3. Users are required to maintain a distance of 2 m. Cohort groups, as defined by Alberta Health Services are an exception to this requirement, but it is still encouraged if possible.

4. Participants must arrive "ready to swim" to reduce time in common areas (such as the changeroom).

5. No spectators are permitted in the aquatic centre. EXCEPT: One (1) parent is allowed in stands for a junior swimmer needing assistance.

7. Please follow all other direction of the UofA Facility and Staff.
