The Ingersoll Speed Sharks provide professional coaching swimming programs for all ages and abilities Our goal is for our swimmers to learn to love and appreciate the sport of swimming through fun, hard work and competition. Our swimmers will use the skills and lessons they have learned in the pool for life.
Our programs follow the Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) Model towards personal excellence and higher performance. This ensures that every child is on a path that develops all aspects of a well rounded swimmer including technique, speed, fitness and strength.

For non-competitive (no swim meets) 10 and under
