ZEBRA SHARKS:
2 x 1hr workouts per week
For non-competitive (no swim meets) 10 and under
(No training during Christmas Holidays and March Break)

Mondays 5-6pm
Wednesdays 5-6pm

 

LEMON SHARKS:
2 x 1hr workouts per week
For non-competitive (no swim meets) aged 11 and over
(No training during Christmas Holidays and March Break)

Mondays 5-6pm
Wednesdays 5-6pm

 

TIGER SHARKS:
Regularly 2 x 1hr workouts per week

Mondays 5-6pm
Wednesdays 5-6pm

 

HAMMERHEAD SHARKS:
Regularly 2 x 1hr workouts and 1x 1.5 hr per week

Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm OPTIONAL DRYLAND (12 and over), 7-8pm swim
Thursday 7-8pm
Friday 4:30-6pm

 

MAKO SHARKS:
Regularly 3 x 1hr workouts, 1 x 1.5hr per week and 1 x 2 hr workout per week
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm DRYLAND, 7-8pm swim
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm DRYLAND, 7-8pm swim
Friday 4:30-6pm
Saturday 7-9am

 

GREAT WHITES:
Regularly 3 x 2hr workouts, 1 x 1.5hr workout and 2 x 1hr workouts per week
Monday 4-6pm
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm DRYLAND, 7-8pm swim
Wednesday 4-6pm
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm DRYLAND, 7-8pm swim
Friday 4:30-6pm
Saturday 7-9am

 

MASTER SHARKS: (18 years old +)
Regularly 1 x 1.5 hr workout per week

Master Sharks can commit to 10 week sessions or seasonally
Session 1 – September 20th – November 27th
Session 2 – November 28th – February 19th (excluding December 19th – January 1st)
Session 3 – February 20th – May 7th (excluding March 13th-19th)

Saturdays 7:30-9am
