After several years away, we return to this, a favorite for many years.  Held in the awesome city of Halifax, this is a truly great Championship meet!  Swimmers will be expected to attend a workout in Kingston the morning of July 2nd and then be available to swim a workout in Halifax in the late afternoon of July 3rd.  This was a popular venue in the past with families who often tacked on a family vacation at the end.  Heats and Finals for 13 and over all four days with several relays for all.

Canadian Junior Championships: Calgary, AB; July 24-29, 2019
Canadian Senior Nationals: Winnipeg, MB; August 8-11, 2019

Attendance to be confirmed – I do have reservations about competing at altitude for a swimmer's last meet of the year but it is also the National Championships, and maybe it is more about racing than a best time. Qualifiers please discuss and we will make a decision together.
