Fitness

The Fitness training group is for: 1) swimmers who are not committed to a full-time competitive swimming program, but who have reached a level of skill and endurance beyond that of the Super Junior swim group (sub-4 200IM required); and 2) Summer Club swimmers (BCSSA) who wish to maintain their fitness over the winter season.  

This group has two 1-hour practices per week, which is in compliance with BCSSA rules regarding training hours.

Fitness swimmers are welcome to attend swim meets, although it is not an expectation for them to do so.

Parents of fitness swimmers are encouraged to remain active officials and volunteers within the club, as parent involvement benefits all swimmers.
