Provincial Stream - PS

The provincial stream offers programs for a variety of ages and experience levels. All provincial stream swimmers get weekly training with a flex and gymnastics specialist as a part of their practice time. They also get frequent sessions with a variety of high performance coaches, including two time Olympian Elise Marcotte.

The age category an athlete falls within depends on the age they turn in the competitive season, which is considered to be January 1st - December 31st. For example:  2018/19 season - The age the athlete turns during the 2019 determines which age category they fall within.
