Supplemental Dryland at Pivot on Bloor for Comp

This season we are offering an optional dryland program designed for athletes who only swim all season. 

The goal of this program is to build a group of young athletes that know how to move their bodies and execute fundamental athletic abilities at a level that will allow them to progress in the sport. In addition, they will build their bodies in a way that will minimize their risk of injury throughout the season.

Classes will take place on Sundays in two sessions, and each session is limited to 10 athletes. The thought process behind this is that athletes that compete in multiple sports do not require this programming to the extent that athletes who only swim do. That being said, everyone is welcome to register.

The prograrm is being run by Pivot. Their team of therapists and strength training professionals will be running our young athletes through dryland aimed at teaching them the fundamentals of being great athletes.

The program will be offered in two time slots:

11:45 am - 12:45 pm 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The 1145 - 1245 session will be filled first. The next 10 registrants will be assigned to 1 - 2 PM. Registration is first come first served!


Comp 1 has priority registration for this program. They will have a block of time to register after which remaining spots will open up to Comp 2.

This is a pilot program for this year and is completely optional.

Cost: $600/year or $300/session

Missed Sessions

There will not be refunds for missed sessions, nor will there be make-ups, as we are sticking strictly to our athlete ratios in this program. Please attend as many sessions as possible for maximum benefit.
