The mission of the Markham Aquatic Club's summer camps is to provide an exciting camp experience that fosters the love of the sport of swimming from the grassroots to the national level.

Mini Olympians Swim Camp

The Mini Olympians Swim Camp is a great opportunity to try a new sport while making new friends.  In this introduction to competitive swimming, campers will learn the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes, while also engaging in dryland activities and plenty of fun and games.  As swimmers become more comfortable in the water, basic competitive skills such as starts and turns are also introduced.  The Markham Mini Olympians is ideal for current MAC S2A swimmers and is also suitable for children aged 6-10 with the following basic skills:

  • 25 meters freestyle unassisted
  • 25 meters kicking on back
  • 1 minute of continuous treading water

Registration opens March 10th
