Since then, she has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the world of endurance sport and swimming as one of the founders, and the Head Coach, of the Tornado Triathlon club for 5 years. While Head Coach of the Tornado Triathlon club, Sheryl coached athletes to Ontario Summer Games and Canada Summer Games level.  After this, she then worked as the Assistant Coach and Nutritionist for the University of Guelph Swim Team for 2 years, all the while working as her own entrepreneur in the area of Sport Science and Sport Nutrition.

Using her Diploma in Sport Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee, Sheryl still currently works with the Ontario Swim Academy as their Sport Nutritionist, and has worked with other high level swimmers including a 2016 Rio Olympic Games swimmer and a pre-qualified 2020 Olympic Games Para-Olympic swimmer in the area of sport nutrition.

Sheryl is thrilled to be able to come back full circle to her local club and help out with various groups and aspects of the team!
