All Swim Levels

All athletes will focus their learning on  technique, skills, injury prevention, mental health, responsibility and discipline. It is important that we protect the mental health of our athletes  by parents and coaches providing understanding and supportive environments. Expectation is that the swimmers are punctual, understand their responsibilities on deck and off the deck for preparation and recovery, show up ready to work, come with an open mind and motivation to have goals and set a road map. Communication between the swimmer and coaches is important and it is encouraged for athletes to communicate with their coaches.

Fit For Life Bracebridge - Ages 14-18  and Huntsville - Ages 12 - 18

We have created this group to allow non-competitive participants, or people who would not like the commitment of the Senior group. We highly encourage ex-swimmers to come and join our program as well as new swimmers in the area and age bracket. This group will be swimming at the same time as "Advanced" and "Performance". We will also be focusing on similar things but less expectation and challenge. If a Fit For Life swimmer would like to join our competitive club we are more than open to helping them make the transition.

*It is expected that our experienced swimmers help with Minnows 1x per week after their practices. We will provide volunteer hours and a Pizza Party at the end of each session for those who decide to obligate their time to teaching after their swim.
