Fit Swim
The FitSwim program is a competitive based swimming program for children aged 14 years and older. Practices are offered 3 times per week. Two optional competitions are offered in the Spring of each season. This program focuses on developing and improving stroke technique and on building swimmer endurance. FitSwim is currently offered at the Nepean Sportsplex.
The fees for FitSwim are for the entire year. The fees can be paid in entirety at registration or can be split into 3 installments payable: the first at the time of registration, the second on October 31, and the final installment on November 30. A registration fee of $55.00 is added to the first installment.

NOTE: After October 1, 2022 swimmers interested in registering for this program will need to contact the office at [email protected]
Refund Policy: If a swimmer withdraws from the club prior to December 31 of the current season, all fees will be prorated according to the number of months the swimmer was in the club. After December 31, there are no refunds. The annual Swim Ontario registration fee is not refundable.
