How Do I Know What Camp is Best for Me?

What is it?

Coaches will work each day on one stroke: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly.  The program is drill based focusing on efficiency in the water.   Dryland training focuses on core strength and utilizing one’s own body for strength exercises.

Every Friday will be a focus on fun with races and relays inspired by the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Who is it for?

Any young athlete who is a beginner swimmer or experienced Club swimmer looking to improve their skills in the water.   Groups will be divided by skill and experience.
