FALL SEASON BEGINS OCTOBER 1, 2022

 


We are pleased to offer 3 different swim packages for Fall 2022.  (October - December)  You are welcome to register for as many packages as you want.

  • If the package you want is full, please complete this form if you would like to be placed on the Masters' waiting list for the 2022/23 season. We will contact you if a spot becomes available.

                                        Waitlist for Fall Masters 2022

 

There will be a strict cap of 25 people per program as this is the lifeguard/coach to swimmer ratio.   This will create high a quality program resulting in high-quality swimming.

We are opening registration on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 9:00 pm to our current morning and Monday evening members. 

Registration for new or former Masters swimmers opens Wednesday, September 28 at 9:00 am.

Package #1 $700.00 Oct 1 - December 17
  • 5:45-7:15 am Wednesdays at Douglas Snow with Coach Lucien Peron
  • 5:30-7:00 am Fridays at Havergal College with Coach Billy Toro         
  • 9:00-10:30 am Saturdays at Glendon Athletic Club with Coach Andrei Thornton & Coach Lucien Peron

*No swimming at Glendon on November 5

*No swimming at Havergal on October 28

 

Package #2 $270.00 October 6-December 15
  • 5:30-7:00 am Thursdays at TPASC *long course with Coach Lucien Peron

*No swimming on October 27

 

Package #3 $210.00 October 2-Dec 11
  • 7:00-9:00 am Sundays at TPASC with Coach Billy Toro and Coach Lucien Peron

*No swimming on October 23, 30, Nov 13

Please note that Master Swimmers must be at least 18 and do not need to attend a tryout.

Training approach

The NYAC Master program provides a swim training regimen for triathletes and master swimmers of all levels and experience. We focus on stroke technique, endurance, strength, speed, and fun. Swimmers can expect to log between 2000 and 4000 meters per workout.  Swimmer should be able to swim 50 m without stopping
