Jr. Masters


Swimmers in this group will be striving towards personal fitness.  

Long-Term Development Stage:  Train to Train

Overview  *current schedule/hours reflect COVID-19 interim phased-in return to swimming

  • 1-2 training sessions per week
  • 1.5-3 hours per week 
  • Swimmers are expected to make the highest possible commitment to their swimming and personal fitness goals


  • Swimmers will be at least 11 years of age
  • Coaches will have final decisions on entry into this group
