Hello Scarborough Swim Club, This month, our HP-Gold group took part in a November HP Time Trial opportunity, allowing senior-most swimmers to rehearse specialized events in a controlled environment. Additionally, it provided our Swim Ontario Identified Athletes and Ontario Junior International swimmers another preparatory event. While some swimmers performed at and close-to lifetime bests, others were making up some major ground with regards to big goals.
