See below for three options to register as an official for the 2021/2022 season

  1. If you are a returning official previously registered under RHAC with Swimming Canada.
  2. If you are new to RHAC and plan to be an official attending clinics and working on deck.
  3. If you are new to RHAC but have been previously registered as an official with another club.

If you are a returning official previously registered under RHAC with Swimming Canada

1. You should have received an email from Swimming Canada with your account login information.  If you did not receive the email, please send an email to [email protected] to request a resend of the information

2. If you have already received the email, please follow the instruction to login to the system and perform the following steps:

  • Verify your contact information is still accurate under MY INFO menu​
  • Select the CONSENTS menu and follow the instruction on screen

Sign all consent forms and acknowledge the remaining requirements before you hit SAVE

3. Once you have completed the above, Swim Ontario will activate your status and you are all set to work as an official during 2021-2022 season.

 

 

If you are new to RHAC and plan to be an official attending clinics and working on deck:

1. Please register yourself using the form on Swim Ontario web site - Registration link

2. You will then receive an email with your account login information

3. Follow the steps above under "1. Returning Officials" to complete your registration

 

 

If you are new to RHAC but have been previously registered as an official at another club

1. Please send email to [email protected] with the following information

  • Full name (the one you use to register with Swimming Canada in the past)
  • Previous club's name
  • DOB

2. We will request the tranfer of your account to RHAC.

3. Once your previous club's COA/COC approves the transfer, you will receive an email with your login information from Swim Canada.

4. Follow the steps above under "1. Returning Officials" to complete your registration.
