Championship Fun on Family Day Weekend 13 swimmers from our Academy White, Junior Red, and Junior White groups along with Coaches Matt & Mohamed will be headed to Québec City this weekend for the Québec 11-12 Championships. A Fantastic Regional Championship Meet for ROCS! From January 31st to February 2nd , ROCS sent 43 athletes ages 9 to 18 to the Nepean Sportsplex to compete against 20 other teams from the Eastern Ontario region. ROCS at the Ontario Junior International For three days last month (December 13, 14, and 15th) several ROCS swimmers and coaches descended to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (or TPASC) to participate, in varying ways, in the annual Ontario Junior International swim meet. House SlytherClaw (Team Black) Victorious at the ROCS Duel! Last Saturday ROC Swimming held it's 6th annual inter-squad duel meet at our very own Carleton pool. 117 of our swimmers were divided into two teams, that this year were named SlytherClaw (team Black) and GryffinPuff (team Red). During the meet, SlytherClaw swimmers competed in lanes 1, 3 and 5, while GriffinPuff members raced in lanes 2, 4, and 6.
