ROCS Swimmers Outpace the Storm at Early Bird Triathlon

This past Saturday ROCS had 25 swimmers (plus 1 club owner) participate in Somersault’s Early Bird Triathlon.

The event offered various race distances and disciplines. ROCS had swimmers participate in the Try-A-Tri, Sprint Triathlon, Long Triathlon and Long SwimCycle.

While our pool was shut down, the ROCS coaches organized running and cycling practices to help prepare the swimmers for this great fitness challenge and Coach Rick led an excellent transition clinic at the beginning of the month.
