What's New:

  • The Dolphins & Cougars are being represented by 15 swimmers at Canadian Trials. Following 2.5 days the team have broken 14 Provincial Records, won a Medal, and made 11 finals.
    • ​Michael McGillivray: 400m & 800m FR 15-17/Senior Provincial Record, 800m Bronze Medal
    • Brian Palaschuk: 400 IM Senior Provincial Record (Prelims & Final)
    • Bree Crookshanks: 100m BR Senior Provincial Record (Prelims & Final), 200m BR Senior Provincial Record
    • Emma Spence: 200m BR 15-17/Senior Provincial Reocrd (Prelims & Final)
    • Noah Wagner: 100m BR 15-17 Provincial Record

  • We have one of our very own officiating at Canadian Trials this week, representing our team and our province, thank you Giselle Marcotte!
  • Black & Green Meet new date: Friday, May 10th.
  • New dates for parents conference:
    • April 30th: "Staying focused" by coach Craig.
    • June 3rd: "Why  it is important to stay in shape during the off-season" by Daniel Gomez.
  • Massage Therapist: If you need a massage, please contact Dawn Schroeder (306) 535-1381. Dawn is working with our High-Performance athletes.
  • Online officials course now being offered and  e-learning opportunities  are available (Intro to Swim Officiating, time keeping, and Safety Marshall).
  • PIPEDA  Form is required (once per season; Sept 1 – August 31): Official’s PIPEDA form   Once the COA receives your PIPEDA they can then set up your online officials account. Once this account is activated you will receive an autogenerated email with your login information. For more info see: (Officials info)


Fundraising:

Bingo:Bingos are another opportunity for parents to raise money for their fundraising account. Payout varies from $10- $20/hour and the funds go directly to your account. Working bingos is actually quite a bit of fun and it's a great way to meet parents! Please contact Michelle @ fundraise@reginadolphins.com if you have any questions or would like to work bingos. Chase the Ace Fundraiser @ The Broken Rack every Tuesday from 6-8pm.  Come out and support the Team and have a chance to win!! (info)  We still need  volunteers to sell tickets from 6-8pm on Tuesday nights. All volunteers receive a free dinner that night as well. Volunteers receive 10 points/session worked,  all sessions are posted on the event page for 2 workers to sign up. Congratulations to Dan Rashovich who won on Tuesday night!  Next week's pot @ $500!
