What's New:

  • Office Hours 4:30-6:30 Thursday, May 2nd, then back to regular schedule on Mondays.
  • June 7th-9th Calgary Swimming International meet for all AA swimmers Deadline to decline May 1st.
  • May 10th, Black & Green Meet. (info) 
  • New dates for parents conference:
    • April 30th: "Staying focused" by coach Craig.
    • June 3rd: "Why it is important to stay in shape during the off-season" by Daniel Gomez 
  • Please sign your swimmer up for the next Daycamp on May 17th. The swimmers will swim at the Lawson as well as play games at the Fieldhouse. (info) Full day or 1/2 day.
  • Team building Day including Escape room activities and Potluck on May 17th!! (info)

  • Massage Therapist: If you need a massage, please contact Dawn Schroeder (306) 535-1381. Dawn is working with our High-Performance athletes.
  • Online officials course now being offered and e-learning opportunities are available (Intro to Swim Officiating, timekeeping, and Safety Marshall).
  • PIPEDA  Form is required (once per season; Sept 1 – August 31): Official’s PIPEDA form   Once the COA receives your PIPEDA they can then set up your online officials account. Once this account is activated you will receive an autogenerated email with your login information. For more info see: (Officials info)


Bingo: Bingos are another opportunity for parents to raise money for their fundraising account. The payout varies from $10- $20/hour and the funds go directly to your account. Working bingos is actually quite a bit of fun and it's a great way to meet parents! Please contact Michelle @ fundraise@reginadolphins.com if you have any questions or would like to work bingos. Chase the Ace Fundraiser @ The Broken Rack every Tuesday from 6-8pm.  Come out and support the Team and have a chance to win!! (info)  We still need volunteers to sell tickets from 6-8pm on Tuesday nights. All volunteers receive a free dinner that night as well. Volunteers receive 10 points/session worked,  all sessions are posted on the event page for 2 workers to sign up. Congratulations to Linda Tourigny who won on Tuesday night!  Next week's pot @ $500!
