ROW Swim Academy

The ROW Swim Academy is a FUNdamentals program for swimmers up to 8 years of age who want exposure to competitive swimming through a swim club. The goal of the ROW Swim Academy is to transition to our competitive programs once they have developed stronger swim techniques and skills. The athletes will swim once per week for 30-40 minutes.

Skill Requirements

Beginner, Ages 4-5

Swimmers must be comfortable in the water, and able to self submerge. They must also be able to swim 3-5m on their front, back, or under the water.

Intermediate, Ages 5-8

Swimmer should be comfortable in the water, and able to swim 10 meters of front crawl & back crawl, and able to jump into shallow water independently. 

Advanced, Ages 5-8

Swimmers in advanced should be comfortable in deep water, and able to swim 15-20 meters of front crawl & back crawl, and able to jump into deep water
