  • Age Group (Minimum): 200m Individual Medley under 3:55 AND 200m Freestyle under 3:40


Age Group + Canadian National Championships Standards

  • 2019-20 Qualifying Standards for NS AAA Championships (PDF)

    • 14 and under: must attain qualification times for 200 IM or 400 IM + any 200m or longer event, in order to compete in up to 8 individual events (according to the swimmer's age at the meet, with results attained on or after March 1, 2019)

    • 15 and over: must attain 1 qualification time (any event) in order to compete in up to 8 individual events
