Fall Break Out 2019
A Big “Blue Wave” hit the city of Regina, Saskatchewan, this past weekend as the Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club competed at the Fall Break Out 2019 Swim Meet – October 19 & 20, 2019. This was the first meet of the 2019 – 2020 Goldfins season. The Goldfins were represented by 96 swimmers who posted 455 short course personal best times over the course of the weekend.
Congratulations to these Goldfins who posted 100% personal best short course times: Lauren Anderson, Olivia Archer, James DeLathouwer, Landon Dubiel, Tatum Felton, Oliver Genest, Scott Heinbigner, Jasmine Keindel-Jelisavac, Landon Kennedy, Isaac Louie, Spencer Nave, Angelo Pallaro, Elena Park, Morgan Pearson, Jillian Russell, Ellie Scott, Rhett Smith, Tori Strydom, Maxwell Thielle, Kian Wu, and Claire Yeo.

Katherine Chang 800 Freestyle “-84.60”
The Goldfins posted 109 new Saskatchewan Qualifying Time Standards. These standards include: Junior Saskatchewan, Senior Saskatchewan, and Future Stars Qualifying Times. Swimmers achieving these times have qualified to compete in Junior and Senior Provincials and in Saskatchewan Split Invitational Swim Meets this season.
