Keiran Dyck Qualifies for Canadian Junior Championships at the Al Anderson's SFS Winter Classic
This past weekend, the Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club competed in the Al Anderson’s Source for Sports Winter Classic swim meet – February 3 – 5, 2023 – Shaw Centre, Saskatoon, SK. The Goldfins Club was represented by 139 swimmers who competed in over 840 individual events. Goldfins swimmers posted 194 NEW qualifying time standards.
Keiran Dyck booked his ticket to the 2023 Canadian Swimming Championships – Toronto, ON, August 2023. Keiran posted the qualifying time standard in the 400M Freestyle (4:18.15). Keiran will compete in his first Canadian Western Championships as he posted qualifying times in the 200M Freestyle, 400M Freestyle, 1500M Freestyle, 100M Breaststroke, and in the 200M Breaststroke. Keiran will be joined by Goldfins swimmers: Abby Gebhardt, Isabel Magus, Rebeka Mourre, Holden Lees, Obi Nguyen, Bryce Tierney, Siarhei Tsyrhanovich, Rhett Smith and Ian Genest. These swimmers will compete at the Canadian Western Championships - Calgary, AB – March 16 – 19, 2023.
The Goldfins Swim Club added 11 new members to their 2023 Goldfins Senior Provincial Team: Kasey Biberdorf, Carsyn Busa, Gracie Munshaw, Jordyn Hahn, Hadley Hollick, Avyn Munshaw, Dejan Jarcan, Oliver Wruck, Ethan Rieger, Sebastian Wruck, and Kaelin Govender.
The Goldfins also added 9 new members to the 2023 Goldfins Junior Provincial Team: Aahna Chaudhury, Megan Davies, Abigail Gauld, Mark Kostovskyy, Haia Mohamed, Kellen Nolan, Sienna Weber, Phoenix Wiebe, and Reese Veikle.
