Fit for Training Questionnaire

Hello Laser Families,

Please make sure to complete the Fit for Training Questionnaire each day your swimmer is training.  Failure to do so will result in your swimmer not being able to train that day.

Due to limited pool space, please let us know if your swimmer will not be training on their scheduled training days, by texting Head Coach Eric at: (306)665-7946.
