There are three components to the fees associated with membership on the ACES:

  1. Program Fees: These fees vary based on the amount of practice time associated with each program offered by the ACES. They are directed toward coaches' salaries, pool time rental and any expenses associated with the swimmer's chosen program. Program fees may be paid in one payment, two payments, or eight payments spread throughout the season (a $35 administrative fee applies to the eight payment plan).

  2. Registration/SNC Fees: These fees vary based in the age of the swimmer and whether the swimmer will be registered to compete in SNC sanctioned meets. They include fees paid to Swim Ontario and Swimming Canada (SNC), as well as a nominal amount to cover office expenses for our club. Reg./SNC fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

  3. Meet fees

New this season:  Due to increased Swin Ontario meet feesthe Aqua 7 will not longer be included in the seasonal fees.  Aqua 7 meets will now cost $25/meet/swimming.  This includes both home and away meets.

As competitive swimmers advance they may qualify to enter invitational, festival, provincial or national level meets. They may also be invited to competitions such as Team Champs, or to attend skills clinics such as those offered from time to time by Swim Ontario. These have associated entry fees, splash fees and/or registration fees, payable throughput the season, prior to the event. Participation is optional, but obviously desirable as swimmers' skills and abilities progress.

?

Cancellation Policy: The ACES  program is a full season program. Families are responsible for the payment in full for the entire season (no matter if you have a one, two or eight months payment schedule).  The only eligible withdrawal would be due to a documented illness or injury. The the full cancellation policy is available in the Constitution of Wilmot Aquatic Aces Club.

This information and more is summarized in our Fee Schedule and Practice Time Summary. You should click this link and keep it open to refer to during the online registration process.

In addition to the fees above, please be aware that all competitive swimmers (ACES 2 and up) are required to have the appropriate training equipment and to purchase a team swimsuit.  More information, including pricing and an order form, will be available soon. Dates for a swimsuit sizing clinic will be provided by our equipment manager after registration.

Finally, please refer to the Team Event Commitment (TEC) infomation, as all members are required to volunteer in varying capacities in order to successfully run our not-for-profit swim club. Currently there are still a few key committee positions available for the 2019-20 season.

At the end of the registration process you are given the option to pay by credit card or by cheque. Users may wish to consider payment by cheque (drop off at ACES office) in order to avoid transaction fees for credit card payment.

Should you run into any difficulties using this system, please email membership@acesswim.ca for assistance.

We look forward to having you join the Wilmot Aquatic ACES Swim Club and are excited for another great season!
