Hello West Vancouver Otters Swim Club Member

In July of each year, we ask our members to confirm that they intend to return next season. Knowing how many swimmers will return to the Otters assists us in planning our swimming programs, the number and level of coaches required, the amount of lane space we need and our requirements generally.

If you want to ensure you have a place for your swimmer, please renew your membership and register your swimmer at www.westvancouverotters.ca.  Registration requires the completed application for membership and payment (by cheque or credit card).

Renewing your membership and paying 40% for the Annual Fees (plus Swim BC Fees and Volunteer Fee) by June 30, 2022 (1st installment) secures space for your swimmer for the upcoming swim season.  Any registrations after July 1, 2022 will have a $100 Registration Fee applied.  60% for Annual Fees (2nd Installment) will be applied to your online account by September 30, 2022.  If you join during our swim season your Annual Fees will be pro-rated.

MULTI SWIMMERS IN FAMILY GET DISCOUNTS OF 10% for 2nd swimmer, 20% for 3rd swimmer.

If you have multi-swimmers in your family please make sure to Register your first swimmer in the highest group (for example if you have a swimmer in National and AA, the National swimmer would be "swimmer #1, and your AA swimmer would be "2nd swimmer").
