Santa Clara Artistic Swimming Club Lessons
Calling all young sharks and mermaids! Want to learn the tricks and secrets of artistic swimmers? We welcome young boys and girls to join us and learn the basics of artistic swimming. Our lesson series, developmental program, and week long camps include an introduction to artistic swimming, cross training for other aquatic sports, flexibility training and performance techniques.
Our fun, energetic and interactive summer camps are favorite among the South Bay and we look forward to bringing them to you in the future! As an alternative, we have a new, exciting summer opportunity to share with you!
In order to participate; participants must be water safe and confident off the wall
SCA staff reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment
Please note our REFUND POLICY
- If participant(s) is determined by SCA expert staff NOT TO BE WATER SAFE at any time during the program; NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
- If participant does not complete the program and quits; NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
Refunds will be given if:
- Aquamaids has no pool access and/or alternative makeup dates cannot be scheduled
- Athlete withdrew 7 days prior to start of a session or camp. Notifications be given to SCA via email ([email protected]) 7 days prior to first day of session or camp.
- Medical Emergency (must have doctor?s note)
- Please note, the $50 annual registration is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Participants must be members of USA Artistic Swimming. Instructions for registering with USA Artistic Swimming will be emailed after sign up. Fee for 1 year membership (Sept-Aug) is $54, fee for 30-day membership is $15 (suitable for camps).
Summer Camps
Our week long themed camps also include an introduction to waterpolo, a review of the basic swimming strokes,flexibility training, dance, artistic exploration and performance techniques. Creative games, teamwork challenges and daily inspirational quotes keep the fun flowing in and out of the pool. The finale demonstration at the end of the week will give participants a chance to demonstrate for family and friends the athleticism, creativity, teamwork and fun that defines this unique sport. A USA Artistic Swimming Membership of $15 will be needed for each participant to be able to participate in our summer camps. Please note the membership last 30 days. Use the link below to complete the USA Artistic Swimming (UAAAS) registration. It is a unique link for Santa Clara Aquamaids. USAAS has many membership categories, but you should use the ones listed below. At the end of the registration, you will need to pay the registration fee.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, sunscreen, goggles, a snack, lunch and a water bottle. We also encourage you to bring a hat, extra suit and a warm change of clothes.
