This Saturday AM  Americans, Kathleen Baker were joined by Russian, Daria Ustinova and Japan's Ryosuke Irie for a truly world class set! After a short warmup - they crushed through a grueling 7x50 at pace followed by a 100 matching the pace effort.  They did three round of this with the interval descending to :40.  After all that, Kathleen pushed a blazing 51.5 in a 100y backstroke! Great job this weekend Team!
