
Team Rebel Aquatics mission is to provide a swimming program to the Southern Nevada community which encourages each athlete to pursue their love of the sport in a safe environment which promotes excellence in all area of development.

- To provide a graduated competitive swimming program based on age and ability in conjunction with the national age group program sponsored by USA Swimming, Inc.
- To provide a quality senior level training program in conjunction with the programs sponsored by United States Swimming, Inc., and the United States Olympic Committee.
- To create an environment in which the desire for self improvement motivates the individual to fully develop his/her natural abilities.
Training Groups:
Seahorses - Our beginner group for swimmers 5-10 years old. Swimmers should be able to complete 25 yards on their front and back in order to join this group. Instruction includes proper freestyle and backstroke form, as well as introduction to breaststroke and butterfly techniques. This group meets 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Swimmers can expect to compete in one or two meets a year as an introduction to swim meets.
Current schedule: Tuesday, Thursday 4:15-5:00 PM and Friday 5:00-5:45 PM
Bronze - Our next level group for 5-12 year old swimmers continues technique work in all 4 strokes and introduces flip turns and forward racing starts. Swimmers in this group practice 3 days a week for an hour and can expect to compete in a few meets a year.
Current schedule: Tuesday, Thursday 5:00-6:00 PM and Friday 5:45-6:45 PM
Silver - This group is for kids 9-16 years old who are ready to transition from learning to swim to learning to swim fast. Beginner high school age swimmers start here. Instruction in proper stroke technique continues, with added practice in all the different turns, streamlines and starts. This group meets 5 days a week for 90 minutes plus 3 30 minute dryland sessions. Athletes in this group can expect to compete in a meet every 4-6 weeks to gauge progress.
Current schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 5:30 - 7pm swim, Tuesday, Thursday - 3:30 dryland, swim 4-5:30pm.
JO - This group is for 11-18 year olds who are ready to train hard and swim fast. A focus on proper stroke technique continues. Athletes in this group swim 6 days a week for 2 hours a day, plus 3 30 minute dryland sessions a week. They can expect to compete in at least one meet a month, including higher level meets such as Age Group Champs, JOs, Zones or Sectionals.
Current schedule: Monday, Wednesday - 5:30-7:30 swim only, Tuesday, Thursday - 3:30 dryland, swim 4-6 PM, Friday - 5-7pm swim, Saturday TBA
Senior/Gold - Our elite training group for our most serious swimmers, aged 13 and over. Athletes in this group include Junior National and Olympic Trial level qualifiers. They train 7 days a week and travel for senior level meets.
