Gold Group 

Meant for advanced swimmers who are committed to a higher level of training and competition. Entrance to the group only by invitation of the Head Coach. Practices are Monday through Friday 4:30-6:30 pm.  Parents and swimmers must be committed to regular practice attendance, being on-time, and for the duration of the practice. Participation in meets is expected.
