Strength Training

As recommended by the American Association of Pediatrics, children need to do strength training to prevent sport injuries while improving their core and skeletal muscles.

Important Note: ALWAYS CONSULT with your child's pediatrician and/or pediatric specialist (if a child has congenital health matter) before starting or committing to any exercise or sport program.
