Fitness Training

As recommended by the American Association of Pediatrics, children need to do strength and fitness training to prevent sport injuries while improving their core and skeletal muscles.

Important Note: ALWAYS CONSULT with your child's pediatrician and/or pediatric specialist (if a child has congenital health matter) before starting or committing to any exercise or sport program.
