We ask that all new members read and understand our billing policy below:

Ace Aquatics has a 30 Day Billing Policy. This means that members are required to give 30 days notice prior to the swimmers last date of practice.

Athletes will be charged on the 1st of every month for their membership.

The first months rate will be adjusted based on when your athlete join our program.

A yearly fee of $75 will be charged on an athlete's first month. This fee will be charged on the 1st of September to all accounts as well, and will include three new team t-shirts, and two latex caps.

At Ace Aquatics our number one goal is to make sure that you and your athlete(s) are happy and healthy. We are fully able and willing to help your family with any issues regarding billing that you may have. Group Membership Discounts:
As listed below, there are different payment term options. A discount is provided for the Half-Yearly and Yearly payment options. Yearly is billed once per year, half-yearly is billed twice per year, in six month periods. Additionally, there are multi-child discounts. Each additional athlete who is registered from the same family will receive a 5% discount off the dues of their lowest membership. Athletes that are a part of "free and reduced lunch" programs also qualify for a discount. Reach out to us for more information.
