  • Yes, the pool is heated to 79 degrees.

• How do we know what level to register our swimmer in?

  • You should read about our levels before deciding on a level for your child. When you register, pick the level closest to your child's ability. We will complete an evaluation on the first day to ensure they are going to be learning material that is suitable for their current swimming abilities and will be able to adjust accordingly.

• Where can I find my report cards?

  • You can view your report by going to https://swimgen.net/search/SoutheasternSwimSchool and searching for your swimmer. Participant numbers are typically formatted as the year of birth plus the first four letters of their last name capitalized. For example, using the name and date of birth below the participant number would be:

Name: Michael Phelps

Date of Birth: June 30, 1985

Participant Number: 1985PHEL

Unless you have previously been notified, your child's participant number will be in the above format. While at Southeastern Swim School, your swimmer's participant number will always be the same. All lesson reports for your swimmer will be generated under the same participant number, so you can look back at your progress as you continue with our program!
