Cedar Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Cedar Swim Club here to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Dryland consists of exercises on the pool deck to include running, stretching, core strengthening and other cross-training exercises which aid in building muscle and endurance.

Swim will be the athletes time in the water.  Each practice is designed to meet specific training goals.  Practices will involve endurance training, sprint training, drills, intervals, knowing heart rates, turns, and starts in a variety of combinations.  These practices are carefully designed by the coach for the purpose of improving technique, speed and endurance.
