  • Fridays - 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

What is a master’s swim team? A masters swim team is an adult (18/over) swim team.  The daily workouts are designed as a fitness program for adults who enjoy the water and swimming.

**All CMSA Masters swimmers will be required to register with USMS prior to joining**

What will the workouts be like? The workouts will be coached/instructed by a USA Swimming certified swim coach.  The workouts will cater to adults wishing to work on overall swimming fitness, compete in adult competitions, and train for triathlons.  Workouts will consist of a mix of cardiovascular training and stroke technique.  Competition is not required, only promoted.  If you are interested in competing in adult swim meets, the team is registered with United States Masters Swimming. Whether you can stay the entire workout or not, we encourage you to come even if it's just 30 minutes of swim time!

I’m not a competitive swimmer, can I still join? We will run different workouts for different levels. Swimmers are welcome to take everything at their own pace and do what they can. Everyone must be water safe and able to swim multiple lengths of the pool unassisted.
