SwimAmerica™ Swim lessons
We teach students from ages 3 to 99 to swim, ranging from absolute beginners to those preparing for competitive swimming. Participants must be potty-trained.

Preschool:
Lessons for children 3 to 5 years old, must be potty trained, no diapers of any sort, who have achieved level 4 (3 stickers) in the Parent & Tot program. These students are able to float on their stomach and back independently (without assistance)and kick for 15 feet or 30 seconds. At the end of this program students can swim 25 yards Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and 50 feet of Butterfly.
NO DIAPERS, including swim diapers, are allowed.

School age:
Lessons for students 6 to 17 years old, from beginners to advanced skill levels. Curriculum is based on competitive and lifesaving swimming strokes. Swimmers advance through ten stations starting with breathing techniques to the final station having learned 6 different strokes, starts, turns and basic water safety.
- Adult:
Lessons for students 16 years and older, from beginners to advanced skill levels. Curriculum is based on competitive and lifesaving swimming strokes. We find out your goals, and we teach toward them.
The cost of each session will vary based on the number of classes within that session. For example, if a session has six classes, that session will be $60. Each class is $10. (You can not sign up for just one class, you must sign up for the session).
The credit is non transferable to other programs (i.e. AquaBats, USAS swimming, or Masters) or other account holders.
