EAC offers water exercise classes on Monday-Friday mornings from 8:30-9:30AM and on Monday and Wednesdays evenings 7-8PM. No experience is necessary to particiapte in our classes.

All classes are offered in the shallow end, excpet on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings from 8:30-9:30AM where they are offered in the deep end of the pool.You do not need to know how to swim in order to particiapte. Shallow water classes can be done while standing  and flotation belts are provided during deep water classes.

Your first visit is free!

Water excerise classes are considered low impact. Our classes combine cardio, toning exercises, balance and flexibility training. Classes are self-paced and are great for those who are looking to mixup their workout routine or for those that need a workout that can be modified for physical imitations.

Classes are offered on a drop-in basis. Jus show up! After your first visit you can either choose to pay our daily rate which is $6 for adults and $5 for seniors or you can purchase a pucnh card which is good for 10 visits. These cost $55 for adults and $45 for seniors.
