Boulder Swimming offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

It is our goal to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

  • 3 Saturday practices a month
  • 6 meets for Winter

Purple

 

  • 6 X100 set on 1:15
  • 4 of 6 practices Mon-Sat
  • 2 Saturday practices a month
  • 5 meets for Winter
  • 3 for Summer

Red

 

 

  • 5 X 100 set on 1:25
  • 4 of 6 practices Mon-Sat
  • 2 Saturday practices a month
  • 4 meets for winter
  • 3 for summer

Pink

 

  • Proficient 4 of 4 strokes
  • Swim 200 yds with flip turns and streamlines
  • 3-4 of 5 practices Mon-Fri
  • 3 meets for winter
  • 2 for summer

White

Age 7 & Up

  • Proficient 2 of 4 strokes
  • Swim a 50 yd without stopping
  • 2-4 of 5 practices M-Fri
  • 2 meets for winter
  • 1 meet for summer
