Senior 3
 
Senior 3 is our High School Prep Group; designed to prepare swimmers for their upcoming high school season.  Swimmers will focus on stroke refinement for all four strokes, while also building their endurance base.  While this is preparation for high school swimming, athletes will be training towards a Senior 2 level.
 
Requirements
  • Swimmers must be legal in all four strokes for 100 yards.  
  • Our expectation is that swimmers are able to focus on technique through the entire practice.  
  • Swimmers should display good sportsmanship, be leaders within the group, and work with teammates to obtain personal and team goals.
Equipment
  • Fins, snorkel, hand paddles, pull buoy, and stretch cords.
Swim Meets
  • Swimmers are encourage to participate in swim meets approved by coach.
Cost
  • $110 per month
  • $74 annual USA Swimming Registration.​

Senior 2
 
Swimmers will work on improving their aerobic/anaerobic capacity and refining strokes, with an expectation of being able to focus on technique for an entire practice.  A commitment to the year round training schedule is a must, understanding the individual dedication and discipline required at this training level.  Our Senior swimmers will be held to a higher degree of accountability and responsibility; monitoring their training and communicating with the coach.
 
Requirements
  • Swimmers must prove their willingness to train at a higher level and be able to make a commitment to the training and practice schedule. 
  • Athletes, High School age, need to fully understand timed intervals, pace clock, and heart rates.  
  • We expect our Senior swimmers to always exhibit good sportsmanship and be team leaders, working with teammates to achieve personal and team goals.
Practice Equipment
  • Fins, snorkel, pull buoy, hand paddles, stretch cords, finger paddles, tempo trainer, and swim parachute are required.
Swim Meets
  • Swimmers should attend all team meets and the highest level championship meets decided by the coach and swimmer.  
  • Goal events will be decided by coach and swimmer.
Cost  
  • $170 per month

Senior 1
 
This is the last step in the DSA training group progression; the highest level of Senior swimming.  Our emphasis is on training and competing at a Regional and National level, ultimately preparing swimmers for collegiate swimming.  Swimmers need to be committed to training year round and dedicated to reaching their optimum performance.  Goal setting and dry land are important tools in the swimmer's preparation.
 
Requirements
  • High School Sectional qualifying times (minimum)
  • And/or exhibit a Senior 1 training level.
  • Swimmers must make a committment to the training and practice schedule.  
  • We expect our Senior swimmers to be responsible leaders within the group and team.​
Practice Equipment
  • Fins, snorkel, pull buoy, hand paddles, stretch cords, finger paddles, tempo trainer, and swim parachute are required.
Swim Meets
  • Swimmers should attend all team meets and the highest level championship meets decided by the coach and swimmer.
  • Travel will be required. 
  • Goal events will be decided by the coach and swimmer.
