The FORM 3 Team is our most competitive team that takes on a more rigorous training load using drills that improve strength and conditioning while reinforcing technique. Swimmers are expected to have a general understanding of interval training using a pace clock.

  • A-League and State Qualifiers (HS Swimmers)
  • State and Silver State Qualifiers ages 11-13
