Joining  is as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: 

Schedule a practice assessment with one of our coaches by emailing us at [email protected]  This will help determine which training group best fits your swimmer's age and ability level.

Step 2:

Join us for a practice to try it out!  We'll schedule a date/time for your swimmer(s) to come in for a training session.

Step 3:

Register online to formally join the team!

All that remains is to fill out the simple online registration and pay our team fees.  The registration fee is the same for all HRA swimmers, but team fees vary according to practice group due to longer practice times and increased practice frequency for more advanced swimmers.
