Practice Schedule

Practices resume for all groups next week! Welcome back! We hope you are ready to start the spring/summer season.

Tryouts - April 1st and 2nd

We will be having tryouts on Monday and Tuesday for any new swimmer who is interested in joining the Marlins. Please spread the word! They will be held at the pool both Monday and Tuesday from 5:30-6pm. Swimming is always more fun when you swim and travel with your friends! More info can be found here:

Is Your Swimmer Planning on Swimming this Spring or Summer?

If your swimmer is not planning on swimming this spring or summer, please send us an email ASAP ( so we can plan our summer groups.

Maverick Pentathlon – April 20th

We hope that ALL of our swimmer will be able to participate in the Maverick Pentathlon on April 20th. This is a one day meet  in Grand Junction where swimmers get to try new events. Please commit either Yes or No to this meet by April 10th. The coaches will sign your swimmer up for events for this meet. This is a great way to kick off the Spring and Summer season.

Summer Meet Schedule

This is posted on our web site here: Please plan on attending at least 3-4 meets with the Montrose Meet and the Western Slope Championships being the most important all summer.

High School Boys Meet – Thursday

Come and cheer on our High School boys at their last home meet of the year – Thursday at 4:30pm. The meet will last no longer than an hour and a half. It is a dual meet against Grand Junction. Come and see what high school swimming is like!

Practice Schedule for Summer

The coaches are working hard on finalizing the summer swimming practice schedule. We hope to have it out to you in the coming weeks.

No Distance Camp This Summer

There will be no Western Slope League Swim Camp this summer for 13&over swimmers. Silas is working on finding an alternative long course training opportunity for his groups.
