OUR Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels.  It is the goal of 
OUR Team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities.

The Senior Team is our highest level group.  Training is available up to 10 times per week during the summer months and 6 times during the winter.  Within this group, we will provide specific training plans for individuals whose primary events range from the 50 to the 1500 and all strokes.  (No one size fits all practices!)  A Senior swimmer should attend 5-6 practices a week during the school year and 7-10 practices per week during summer months.  All decisions are made between the athlete, Coach Mike and the parent. Selection to this group is entirely at the discretion of Coach Mike.  Dryland training is included in this practice.

Our Age Group Team ranges from 9 to 14 years of age and is our intermediate group for training.  We expect athletes in this group to come to practice between 4 to 6 times a week.  Practice are for two hours per session, of which 30 minutes of dryland and 90 minutes of swimming.

Our Stroke School Team is our entry level of competitive swimming.  We expect athletes in this group to attend a minimum of 2-3 times per week, but may come up to 5 practices per week.

The coaching staff does encourage the swimmers to participate in other activities besides swimming for their overall growth.
